A panel of seven expert judges, based in each geographical area, selected the finalists after a vigorous and unbiased judging process. The final winner will be selected for each category following a visit from both an “official” judge and a “mystery” judge.
Winners will be announced at an awards night at the Hilton International, Park Lane, London on March 4, 2012.
